BeautyJar™ is operated by Wenley Technologies and provides an online verified provider directory connecting consumers with independently licensed medical wellness, aesthetic, and women's health providers.
BeautyJar is a platform intermediary only. We are not a healthcare provider, medical practice, clinic, staffing agency, or licensed referral service. We do not employ, supervise, direct, or control any provider listed on this platform. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or clinical recommendations of any kind.
The relationship is solely between the patient and the provider. BeautyJar is not a party to that relationship.
All content on BeautyJar — including provider profiles, editorial articles, treatment descriptions, and educational materials — is for general informational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes medical advice, clinical guidance, or a recommendation to pursue any specific treatment or provider.
Any decision to seek care from a listed provider is made solely at your own discretion and risk. BeautyJar strongly encourages all users to independently research providers, consult qualified professionals, and make informed decisions before pursuing any medical or aesthetic treatment.
BeautyJar conducts a credential verification process prior to approving any provider listing. This process includes license verification through applicable state, national, or international regulatory bodies; identity confirmation; and practice validation.
Verification confirms that a provider held a valid, active license at the time of our review. It does not constitute a guarantee, endorsement, or warranty of any kind regarding:
BeautyJar does not continuously monitor provider license status after listing approval. Providers are contractually required to notify us of any change in license status, but BeautyJar cannot guarantee real-time accuracy of all listings.
Consumers are encouraged to independently verify provider credentials through the relevant regulatory body in their jurisdiction prior to receiving any treatment.
There is an important and intentional distinction between what BeautyJar verifies and what BeautyJar does not warrant:
What BeautyJar confirms: That a provider holds or held a valid license issued by a recognized regulatory body, that their identity and practice existence have been confirmed, and that they met our listing criteria at the time of approval.
What BeautyJar does not and cannot confirm: The clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, complication rates, bedside manner, pricing, facility conditions, staff conduct, or any aspect of the treatment experience.
A verified credential does not equal a guaranteed result. Medicine, aesthetics, and wellness treatments carry inherent risks that vary by individual. BeautyJar's verification process is a credentialing filter — not a clinical review, accreditation, or quality rating system.
BeautyJar expressly disclaims any liability for harm, injury, dissatisfaction, adverse outcomes, or any other damages arising from treatment received from a provider found through this platform.
BeautyJar operates solely as a neutral online platform that connects consumers with independently operating licensed providers. BeautyJar has no control over and expressly disclaims all liability for:
Providers listed on BeautyJar are independent professionals operating their own practices. They are not agents, employees, partners, or representatives of BeautyJar or Wenley Technologies.
If you have a complaint about a provider, you should contact the relevant licensing board or regulatory body in your jurisdiction. BeautyJar will cooperate with regulatory inquiries but is not a party to any clinical dispute.

BeautyJar reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove any provider listing at any time, without notice or refund, if a provider has violated these terms, if their license status has changed, or if their listing is inconsistent with the integrity and standards of the platform.
Provider subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe and automatically renew unless cancelled. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — listings remain active through the final paid month. BeautyJar does not offer refunds for partial months or unused subscription periods.
BeautyJar reserves the right to adjust subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice to active providers. Continued subscription after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

All content on BeautyJar — including platform design, editorial articles, the BeautyJar name and logo, and verification badge graphics — is the property of BeautyJar™ / Wenley Technologies and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without prior written permission.
Active subscribers may display their BeautyJar verification badge on their own website and marketing materials to indicate verified status. This license is non-transferable and terminates immediately upon cancellation, suspension, or removal of the provider's listing.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BeautyJar, Wenley Technologies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages of any kind, including but not limited to:
BeautyJar is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain damages, BeautyJar's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BeautyJar, Wenley Technologies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
Provider profiles and platform pages may include links to external websites, booking platforms, or third-party services. BeautyJar is not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party sites. Links are provided for convenience only and do not constitute an endorsement.
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from use of this platform shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
BeautyJar may update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of BeautyJar after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage users to review this page periodically.
