For office managers and practice staff: This checklist outlines everything we need. Most of it can be pulled from your existing website and marketing materials. If anything isn't readily available, just let us know — we'll work with what you have.

Full Name & Credentials Required
As it should appear on the profile, including all post-nominal letters. e.g. Dr. Sarah Kim, MD, FAAD
Practice Name Required
The name of the clinic, practice, or medical group. e.g. Seoul Dermatology & Aesthetics Clinic
City & Country Required
Primary practice location as it should appear on the profile. e.g. Gangnam, Seoul, South Korea
Professional Headshot Required
A high-resolution, professional photograph. Clean clinical or editorial aesthetic preferred. Minimum 800×1000px. Please send as a JPG or PNG attachment. This photo will be the primary image on your profile.

Credentials & Licensing
Medical License Required
License number and issuing board or regulatory body. This is verified independently by BeautyJar. e.g. Georgia Composite Medical Board, License #MD-XXXXX
Board Certifications Required
All current board certifications relevant to the services offered. e.g. American Board of Dermatology; Korean Dermatological Association
Fellowships
Any relevant fellowships or professional society memberships. e.g. Fellow, American Academy of Dermatology (FAAD)
Education & Training Required
Medical school, residency, and any additional training programs. e.g. MD — Yonsei University College of Medicine; Residency — Samsung Medical Center Dermatology
Years in Practice
Approximate years of clinical practice. e.g. 15+ years
