Her Story
Dr. Abby Sample spent the first eight years of her career in traditional dermatology — diagnosing conditions, prescribing treatments, and moving through a packed patient schedule. She was good at it. But something was missing.
"I kept seeing women come in with skin concerns that were clearly connected to something deeper — hormonal shifts, stress, weight changes, perimenopause. I could treat the surface, but I wasn't addressing what was actually going on," she says. "That's when I decided to change the way I practice."
In 2020, she founded Sample Dermatology & Aesthetics with a different model: longer appointments, comprehensive assessments, and a willingness to look beyond the skin. Her practice now spans medical aesthetics, hormone therapy, GLP-1 weight management, and clinical dermatology — all under one roof.
